About a month ago we took a look at Creative Commons.  Think back to the site flckr that we visited and the hand out we read.Go to the above link to learn about some sites and tools that you can use to gather "free" pictures and music.  Help your classmates by sharing what you learned.

  1. Audio music is usaully the most hard to get beacause the people that get it for you like i tunes have to give credit and money back to the artist.

  3. I learned that pictures that you can use are difficult to find. when you use a picture that is available to you, you have to site the source that you found it on.

  4. Some of the pictures are copy righted so you can't use them as your backround on flicker and what not. some of the pictures you have to pay to use them like on photo stock.

  5. There are a lot of sites that offer free music and pictures, but sometimes you have to make sure that the site you are getting your pictures and/or music from gets the correct amount of credit that they request. If you don't you could get into legal trouble.

  6. There are a myriad of sites from which you may get music and pictures, but not all of them are legal. You should make sure that the site you are on has free music or pictures that are legal and give credit to the author or creator.

  7. Make sure before you use audio, videos, or images that you are allowed to use it, because the person or created it might be private. Also if you are allowed to use it, make sure you credit the person who created it.
